Studio Necessities 2.5.2 is a plug-in pack compatible with DirectX and VST used in host applications. Studio Necessities can be accessed from host applications which support DirectX or VST. It supports 8, 16, 24 and 32 bit sample format within the pack. The processing that is done internally use 32 bit floating point. There are five plug-in in the pack.
StudioEQ has a full parametric equalizer which supports six bands. The pack gives an accurate display of the frequency response. It supports different filters like low shelving filter, high shelving filter, low pass filter, high pass filter, notch filter and peak filter. StudioVerb enables simulation of natural rooms in high quality. There is no coloration and reverberation decay is smooth. There are many adjustable parameters like reverberation, room size etc. that can be changed accordingly. StudioLimiter features a brick wall limiter and an adjustable limiter threshold. StudioDynamics is a versatile processor that can be customized according to needed changes. StudioModulator has various effects and modulator functions. StudioDelay features eight taps for a multi-tap delay.
This pack can be used for applications like multi-track audio editing or processing software. The equalizer can be customized and saved as a preset. The plug-ins can be used for mastering and sound design.
